Auditing Service Description

GNS and our premier auditors are committed to improving the accuracy of telecommunication invoices by identifying and eliminating errors in tariff, applications, physical inventories, rates, taxes, and surcharges. After we deal with the present billing issues, we will look for the future ones. We will scour customer contracts for opportunities to reduce your future costs. If we determine a way to save a customer money moving forward, we will explain to them our money saving recommendation(s). If a customer accepts the recommendation(s), we will implement it and share in the savings for a period of time. A value added benefit is that in addition to saving money, we can also aid in having certain clauses written into a customer’s contract that protects them and gives them more leverage in the future. Prior overpayments are recovered, future savings are realized and budgets are maintained.
